As you step out of the elevator and onto the rooftop of the new Aloft Providence Downtown hotel, you'll be immersed in the vibe that is blu violet Rooftop Bar. Perfectly placed within the Innovation and Design district of Providence, this new rooftop restaurant offers a dope atmosphere surrounded by the skyline views of downtown Providence. 

At the helm is Joël Eugène, first-time Executive Chef, bringing to the table unmatched creativity and vision. Originally from Haiti and raised in New England, Chef Eugène has always had a keen interest in experimenting with ingredients to originate his own recipes. Infusing classic flavors inspired by his native cuisine into an American costal flair to ignite a menu exclusive only to blu violet.   

blu violet offers an ever-changing menu featuring hot food combinations and specialty cocktails, combined with high-end liquors with unexpected syrups and homemade elixirs, fashioning craft beverages that will sooth and shake your senses.
